I’m A mom and a Counselor.

Even with all of my training in mental health, I still found the perinatal period to be difficult. I also have the lived experience of being a kinship caretaker. Whether you’re trying to conceive, have experienced a loss, went through birth trauma, or are figuring out who you want to be as a mom in that first year, I’m here to help without judgment or cliches.

My Approach

In our first few sessions, you can expect a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll work together to identify your goals and develop a plan that feels right for you.

Come as you are

Seriously, I don’t care how long it’s been since you washed you hair. Sometimes just showing up is an achievement!

Lasting impact

Learn the skills to thrive on your own and believe those things that you think are only true for your friend and not you.

Perinatal Mental Health

The perinatal period starts at pregnancy and lasts up to 3 years. The truth is, we’re forever postpartum, and it’s never too late to start taking care of you. There is so much more to maternal mental health than Postpartum Depression.
